Standard resumes will be delivered in 3-5 business days. Executive resumes may take up to 5-7 business days. Deadlines will be discussed in the consultation.
The first step is to upload a copy of your current resume. Upon receipt, your consultant will determine what information is needed and ask you relevant questions in your consultation. This gives us all the information to provide you with a professional resume.
If you do not have a copy of your resume, a questionnaire will be sent to you prior to your consultation that gives us the basics of your professional history. Then, your consultant will work with you to create a professional resume.
Our guarantee is to provide you with a resume that will get you twice as many interviews in 60 days. If you do not receive more interviews in 60 days, your personal consultant will revise your resume at no additional charge until you are successful in getting interviews (up to 120 days from delivery).
All sales are final. If you are not satisfied with your professional resume, we will work with you to revise it to your satisfaction.
The short answer is yes. Every hiring manager will make a determination of your fitness to their specific job posting based on your resume. Customizing it for each job will give you a better chance to showcase your skills for every position. Often times, this will require framing of your professional qualifications in a specific manner as indicated in the job listing.
A separate resume for each job application will also help you to get through the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) process. This occurs before anyone actually sees your resume and acts as a ‘gatekeeper’ for HR and hiring managers. It is recommended that you tailor your resume to each job. Our consultants can give you guidance on this process if you intend to customize your professional resume.
For entry level and career level positions, it is recommended to have your resume fit on one page. For management and executive resumes, two pages is acceptable.
